As Head of Product Management, Thorsten will oversee the entire lifecycle of CONICA’s product portfolio, focusing on advancing sustainable, high-performance solutions for sports, playgrounds, and industrial flooring systems. His appointment underscores CONICA’s commitment to enhancing its product portfolio and driving sustainable growth as the company strengthens its global market presence.
In line with its strategy to adopt a more customer-centric approach, CONICA has also introduced a new Product Marketing function. This role aims to bridge the gap between product development and market needs, ensuring that customer insights are effectively integrated into the product strategy. Thorsten and the Product Management team will work closely with the Product Marketing function to refine product messaging, improve market communication, and align product launches with customer expectations. Reporting directly to the Marketing Department, this new function is designed to enhance product positioning and accelerate the company’s response to market trends.
